Deposit. Once the proposal has been approved by the Customer, a 50% deposit will be necessary prior to preparing the AutoCAD drawings and sending them out to the Customer.
Contract includes all items needed for the doors, such as Tempered Glass, Locks, Threshold, Inside/Outside Trim, Weather Stripping, Pulls, and Powder Coating.
Customers may propose design changes as needed, until they feel completely satisfied with the final design.
Said designs must then be sent back to Zavala Iron Doors, with signature of authorization, via e-mail or fax, and confirm their receipt with our Sales Representative.
Please note that the turnaround time estimated by Baja Forge, Inc. – normally 6-8 weeks – begins as of the delivery of the signed design and payment of the 50% deposit by the Customer. The product will be delivered to the place agreed upon with the Customer.
A few weeks into the product’s manufacturing process, the Customer will be able to check on its status with the Sales Representative.
Once the product is delivered to the San Diego Showroom, the Sales Representative will contact the Customer to arrange for delivery.
The 50% remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery of the product to the Customer’s home.
All Zavala Iron Doors, Inc. products come with a 5-year warranty on paint and a 10-year warranty on fittings and hinges.
Zavala iron doors assumes full responsibility for the product’s dimensions, therefore, at no time shall the Customer, Sales Representative, or Installer be held liable.
