Terms and Conditions

  • Deposit. Once the proposal has been approved by the Customer, a 50% deposit will be necessary prior to preparing the AutoCAD drawings and sending them out to the Customer.
  • Contract includes all items needed for the doors, such as Tempered Glass, Locks, Threshold, Inside/Outside Trim, Weather Stripping, Pulls, and Powder Coating.
  • Customers may propose design changes as needed, until they feel completely satisfied with the final design.
  • Said designs must then be sent back to Zavala Iron Doors, with signature of authorization, via e-mail or fax, and confirm their receipt with our Sales Representative.
  • Please note that the turnaround time estimated by Baja Forge, Inc. – normally 6-8 weeks – begins as of the delivery of the signed design and payment of the 50% deposit by the Customer. The product will be delivered to the place agreed upon with the Customer.
  • A few weeks into the product’s manufacturing process, the Customer will be able to check on its status with the Sales Representative.
  • Once the product is delivered to the San Diego Showroom, the Sales Representative will contact the Customer to arrange for delivery.
  • The 50% remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery of the product to the Customer’s home.
  • All Zavala Iron Doors, Inc. products come with a 5-year warranty on paint and a 10-year warranty on fittings and hinges.
  • Zavala iron doors assumes full responsibility for the product’s dimensions, therefore, at no time shall the Customer, Sales Representative, or Installer be held liable.
